The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities and deliver results.

You’ll step into an established 180° recruitment desk within our Mining and Industrial division,



partnering with our national Business Development team to connect outstanding people with outstanding prospects.

This role is ideal for someone who:
Has proven recruitment experience
Loves candidate management and relationship building
Wants their earnings to reflect their effort
Is ambitious enough to step into leadership
Wants a genuine career pathway, not empty promises

You’ll be trusted to run your desk while receiving the coaching, support and development needed to progress into future Team Leader and Management opportunities.
