Site Service Technician – Roller Doors & Automation Braeside, VIC | Full-time About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Site Service Technician to join our Braeside-based team. You'll service, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial roller doors and their control systems, working across client sites in a mobile role. This is a outstanding fit for a qualified tradesperson — a Mechanical Fitter or similar — who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and variety in their day.

What You'll Do
Service and repair industrial roller doors, shutters, and automation systems
Diagnose mechanical faults and electrical control issues in office
Carry out routine maintenance and safety inspections for clients




Install replacement parts and upgrade door control units
Complete accurate service reports via tablet or paperwork
Deliver clear communication and reliable service to clients in office

What You'll Bring
A relevant trade qualification (e.g. Mechanical Fitter, or a licensed Electrician)
Experience servicing roller doors and control systems (highly regarded)
Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and basic electrical systems
Current manual driver's licence (to operate the company service vehicle)
Valid White Card EWP ticket and a solid commitment to working safely at heights
