Experience: Diesel or heavy mechanic background, ideally with time on cranes, heavy plant, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics. If you’re the bloke who can jump in, sort problems fast, and keep machines running without drama, you’ll fit right in.

Advantages: $90k base + super + overtime + annual bonuses. Clean workshop, solid team, PPE/gear supplied, and secure hours with the option to rack up extra pay whenever you feel like it.
