HR and Payroll - NDIS Registered Provider

CareSpace Disability and Nursing Services is a trusted Registered NDIS Provider supporting people across the Geelong region. With a dedicated team of approximately 70 staff, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Payroll & HR Administrator to join our growing organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a people-focused setting and has a robust understanding of payroll, human resources, and the disability sector.

About the Role

Initially, this position will be 2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase to 4 days per week as the organisation continues to grow.

Essential Skills and Experience
Experience in payroll administration and human resources.
Sound knowledge of the NDIS and disability support sector.
Robust organisational and communication skills.




Ability to manage confidential employee and payroll information with professionalism and accuracy.

Desirable Skills
Experience using Xero Payroll.
Experience using ShiftCare or similar workforce management systems.
Understanding of SCHADS Award requirements.
