Join a growing and career-focused education provider supporting international students across Automotive, Community Services, Childcare, Hospitality, Construction, Business and IT.

SIC is looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Officer to support student recruitment, digital marketing, and agent engagement.
Promote SIC courses through social media, digital campaigns, events, direct engagement, and education agents
Respond to student and agent enquiries and convert leads into enrolments
Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, visa conditions, and study pathways
Build and maintain strong relationships with onshore education agents and partners
Manage SIC’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Support recruitment activities, presentations, and student engagement campaigns




Work closely with management to strengthen SIC’s brand visibility and online engagement

Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, agent communications, and conversions
Prepare recruitment and campaign performance reports
Work closely with admissions and operations teams to support smooth student onboarding

About You
Experience in student recruitment, sales, marketing, or the international education sector
Strong understanding of the CRICOS and international student market
Existing education agent network highly regarded
Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation
Ability to create engaging reels, videos, and digital content
Experience with Canva, CRM systems,and social media tools desirable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
