Mecwacare is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Assistant for our Malvern residential aged care home. This part time role supports wellbeing programs and delivers person-centred activities to residents, enhancing independence, social connection and quality of life in a welcoming workplace.
You will work with the Wellbeing and Engagement Coordinator to plan meaningful activities, requiring empathy, solid communication, and a passion for helping older adults. WWCC and First Aid/CPR are preferred.
