A rare and highly rewarding opportunity is now available for an experienced Real Estate Sales Administrator to step into a central, hands-on role supporting a dominant local agent who is consistently achieving outstanding results.

This position sits at the heart of the sales operation. You’ll be deeply involved in every stage of the listing and sales process, trusted to manage campaigns, client communication and critical administrative functions that directly impact performance and results.

The Role
High-level sales administration support to a senior sales agent
End-to-end management of incoming listings




Coordinating photoshoots, styling, floorplans and marketing schedules
Preparing contracts, compliance documentation and marketing collateral
Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and suppliers
Coordinating open homes, inspections and property campaigns
Preparing vendor reports and listing presentation kits
Project managing refurbishments where required

About You
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Administrator or EA (essential)
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using CRMs, digital systems and marketing platforms
Professional, polished and confident in client-facing environments
Proactive, reliable and comfortable in a high-volume, rapid-moving role
Values loyalty, trust and long-term growth
