Keegan Adams Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded financial advice firm to recruit a Client Services Associate to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Services Officer, Adviser Assistant or Financial Planning Administrator looking to work within a collaborative workplace where client service and operational excellence are highly valued.

You will play a key role supporting Financial Advisers with the implementation of advice, client administration and ongoing client service, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will act as an important link between advisers, clients and external providers, ensuring advice is implemented accurately, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.
Managing client communications and responding to enquiries
Supporting advisers with the implementation of financial advice
Preparing documentation for recent client onboarding
Processing client requests including applications, rollovers, withdrawals, redemptions and other financial documentation
Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain required client information




Maintaining accurate client records and documentation within the CRM system
Assisting with daily investment and cash reconciliations
Supporting advisers with meeting preparation and ongoing client administration
Working closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Client Services, Financial Planning Support or Adviser Assistant role
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of financial services compliance and advice implementation
A proactive and cooperative approach to supporting advisers and clients
