About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Packer to join our busy soap manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, active role in a fast-paced production environment, primarily involving repetitive process work on the production line. You’ll be on your feet throughout the day, working alongside a supportive team to keep production running smoothly. Immediate start available.

This role is based at our manufacturing site in Cromer on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Applicants must live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of the factory to be considered for this position.

Key responsibilities
Packing, sorting and handling finished products
Working on a rapid-paced, repetitive production line
Maintaining a clean and protected work environment
Following workplace health and safety (WHS)

Supporting the team to achieve daily production targets

About you
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with an active role involving standing and repetitive manual tasks throughout the day
High attention to detail and ability to stay focused
Available to work 5 days, Monday to Friday
Full working rights in Australia

What we offer
Consistent Monday to Friday hours (8:00am – 4:30pm)
Casual position initially, with prospect to transition to permanent for the right candidate
