Lynk Global is recruiting on behalf of an established civil contractor seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join its project delivery team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will oversee civil construction projects across residential, industrial and commercial developments. Projects typically include bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, roadworks and associated civil works.

This role requires a hands-on supervisor who can coordinate multiple subcontractors, manage site resources and maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily site activities
Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
Develop and manage daily and short-term construction programs
Coordinate subcontractors, employees, plant and equipment
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
Monitor workmanship and ensure quality requirements are achieved
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements




Identify and resolve site issues before they impact project delivery
Provide leadership, guidance and support to site teams
Maintain accurate site records and progress updates

What We're Looking For
Solid proven experience supervising civil construction projects
Strong experience delivering residential development projects
Practical knowledge of earthworks, drainage, sewer, water and road construction
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and site crews
Solid leadership and people-management skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
A robust understanding of site safety and quality requirements
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
