Mental Health Support Workers - Bonnyrigg

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionateMental Health Support Workers to join our team in Bonnyrigg (SIL house setting).

Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored support for individuals with mental health conditions such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Self-Harm, and complex behaviors.
Support Corrective Services participants with their rehabilitation and mental health needs.
Work collaboratively with clients to promote their independence and well-being.
Assist with day-to-day activities and ensure clients receive the appropriate care and support.

Essential Experience




Minimum of 2 years experience in mental health support, particularly with Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Self-Harm, and complex behaviors.
Experience supporting Corrective Services participants is highly desirable.

Required Credentials
Mental Health First Aid (highly desirable)
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR Certification
COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
NDIS Modules
Infection Control Certificate
Police Check
Valid Australian Drivers License
Own reliable transport
