This service caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 3 beautiful outdoor play areas, a piazza and a atelier

This role is a maternity leave contract for 12 months, with a chance of being extended or going permanent.

About You
Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership position
A Valid Working with Children Check
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Police check within the last 3 months or willing to obtain
In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
Have strong communication skills written and verbal
