Synergie is seeking a Forklift Labourer- Asbestos Waste Handling for an industry-leading waste management company located in St Marys. Full PPE for asbestos handling as well as training will be provided.

The key parts:

Shift: Day shift – Monday to Friday
Hours:7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay rate: $37.08per hour
Start Date: Immediate start available – long-term prospect!

Key Responsibilities
Safely handle and segregate waste streams in line with strict safety regulations
Assist with decontamination, packaging and storage of asbestos waste
Manual handling duties including loading/unloading and waste processing
General labouring tasks including sorting and maintaining site cleanliness
Operate forklifts to move waste containers and bins as required
Adhere to all WH&S; procedures and site safety protocols





To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate
A robust work ethic and reliability – turning up consistently is essential
Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Commitment to safety and following procedures
Self-motivation and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 25kg unassisted
Valid Forklift Licence (required)
