YMCA Victoria is seeking a part time Team Leader at our Numurkah aquatic facility. You will manage and lead a small team across front of house and pool operations, ensuring programs and services meet standards and policies are followed.
You will work on a roster with the Manager on Duty, support customers and staff, and be ready for seasonal peak hours. Essential CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard qualifications are required, with prospects for development within the YMCA network.
