Our client is a well-established and growing boutique financial planning firm located in Melbourne's CBD. With a modern, high-performing culture, they provide tailored advice to a sophisticated client base, predominantly high net worth individuals and families.

They are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager / Associate to become an integral part of the team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage the implementation of financial advice from start to finish while delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting advisers across all aspects of the advice process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end implementation of financial advice, including SOAs and ROAs
Process platform applications, rollovers, contributions and pension commencements
Coordinate insurance applications through underwriting to policy completion, including replacements and insurer liaison
Execute and reconcile investment trades across major investment platforms




Provide outstanding client service via phone and email, including review scheduling, following up outstanding documentation and keeping clients informed throughout the advice process
Support compliance and administration, including fee consents, FDS requirements

About You
Previous experience within a financial planning practice as a Client Services Officer, Associate or Paraplanner
Strong experience managing insurance advice implementation, including underwriting and policy replacements
Working knowledge of leading platforms such as Expand, HUB24, BT Panorama, Netwealth and Macquarie
Experience using XPLAN
