i-Pharm Consulting is partnering with a growing medical device organisation at a pivotal stage of growth to identify a Territory Manager to join their high-performing orthopaedic sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a specialised orthopaedic portfolio, working closely with surgeons and theatre teams while gaining exposure to innovative orthopaedic implants and enabling technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an established territory across Victoria
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and key hospital stakeholders
Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures
Drive current business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships
Deliver product education and training to customers
Collaborate with leadership to execute territory growth strategies

Ideal Background




Strong surgeon engagement and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting procedures within the operating theatre environment
Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a territory

Arthroplasty / Joint Reconstruction

Surgical navigation or robotic-assisted technologies
