This lovely family friendly park, which has 371 powered sites, 70 unpowered sites, and 5 three-bedroom villas (each sleeping up to 8 people) is looking for a Caretaker Single Manager or Caretaker Management Couple from 30th November 2026 to 27th January 2027. All linen for the villas is outsourced. A housekeeping team is in place to handle all cleaning, stripping & rubbish removal, managers only need to assist due to staff shortages. No Pool. Garden & ground maintenance required – mowing, edging, hedge trimming, etc. No food (breakfasts or dinners), there is a basic kiosk at reception to run (drinks, ice-creams, lollies, etc). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday + 5 on-call nights per week. 2 unpaid days off per week (Thursday & Friday). Staff management & rostering are required. Well-trained pets are welcome. RMS FOS – e xperience & knowledge required. Accommodation – a powered site will be provided; you must bring your own caravan . $375 per day + Work Ute provided on working days. 1 week paid handover training provided.
