Employ Me, a leading construction company in Port Kembla, is seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Boilermaker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications
Perform welding, cutting, and grinding tasks to ensure exact fit and finish of steel structures
Use hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery, to shape and manipulate steel materials
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure structural integrity and safety standards are met
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to plan and execute projects efficiently
Adhere to company and industry safety standards and regulations at all times

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and installation
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment




Experience operating heavy machinery such as cranes and forklifts
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Solid attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
