An experienced SAP FICO Analyst is required to provide BAU support within a SAP ECC environment.

A company in the industrial and manufacturing sector, located in Burnley.

Description
Provide training and support to users as required.Configure and support SAP ECC FICO modules to meet business requirements.
Provide day-to-day BAU support across finance-related SAP processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO functional issues in production.
Manage and respond to support tickets within agreed service levels.
Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
Work closely with Finance stakeholders to support process improvements.
Assist with testing, documentation, deployments, and enhancement activities.

Profile

A Successful SAP FICO Analyst Should Have




Proven experience supporting SAP FICO within an SAP ECC environment.
Solid configuration skills across Accounts Receivable (AR).
Robust configuration skills across Accounts Payable (AP).
Experience supporting Billing processes in SAP ECC.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production support issues.
Previous experience working in a ticket-based support environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
