Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Field Officer to work for an independent environmental enterprise to restore landscapes through cooperative, science-based and cutting-edge conservation programs.

The significant parts:
Field Officer
Based out of Wetherill Park - working throughout Greater Sydney
Temp to Perm opportunities

What you will be required to do:
Current NSW Manual Driver's License and own transport
Physical ability to carry out weed control, planting, habitat restoration, fencing etc




Ability to work in a team environment
Self-motivated, strong work ethic
A valid WWCC or ability to obtain
ChemCert qualifications (or willing to obtain)
Ability to interact with broader community in a respectful and engaging manner.
Previous experience in a similar field or role, either through employment or voluntary work.
Previous experience driving and reversing a trailer
Certificate II or III in Conservation and Land Management
Strong knowledge of local vegetation communities and local native plants/weeds
Data input and mapping skills.
