Anglicare Victoria is seeking two full time fixed-term Case Managers for the Housing First program. You will support young people leaving care to stabilise housing and develop independent living skills, with a focus on self-determination and planning.

You will collaborate with Better Futures, Leaving Care and Housing providers across the state and travel as required to deliver outreach services and assessments.
