About the role

Due to continued growth, Super Metal Recycling is seeking a reliable and organised Weighbridge Operator to join our busy recycling operation based in Dandenong South .

This is a key front-line role responsible for managing weighbridge operations, processing vehicle movements, and assisting with general administration. You will be dealing directly with drivers, customers, and yard staff in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities
Operate the weighbridge system accurately and efficiently
Process incoming and outgoing vehicle transactions
Issue dockets, invoices, and weighbridge documentation
Enter data into company systems
Coordinate with drivers, transport staff,



and yard operators
Answer phone calls and customer enquiries
Maintain accurate records and paperwork
Support general office administration duties

What we’re looking for
Previous weighbridge or administration experience (preferred)
Strong computer and data entry skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Skilled communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and organised
Experience in transport, logistics, recycling, or industrial industries highly regarded
