Electrical Engineer, Building Services

Our Property and Buildings Building Services team in Melbourne is growing and we are looking for an Electrical Engineer with 3 to 6 years’ experience to join an energetic and supportive team. You will collaborate with diverse professionals across the wider WSP network and be supported by experienced mentors to accelerate your development toward senior responsibilities.

What You Will Do
Carry out assigned project and electrical engineering work in line with technical and commercial standards.
Undertake engineering design and documentation including electrical power systems, lighting, communications and electronic security.
Communicate effectively with clients, authorities and internal stakeholders across the project lifecycle.




Work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary design setting and contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture.

About You
Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical).
3 to 6 years’ experience in electrical building services design, ideally within a consulting engineering setting.
Understanding of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.).
Able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with a team‑first mindset.
