About the Role
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, employee relations and people strategy
Manage complex ER/IR matters, investigations, performance and disciplinary processes
Coach and influence leaders to build people management capability
Support organisational change, workforce projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide end-to-end HR advice across the employee lifecycle

About You
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar
Robust Employee & Industrial Relations capability
Sound knowledge of Fair Work, Awards and employment legislation




Experienced managing complex performance, conduct and investigation matters
Confident influencing and coaching leaders
Healthcare, community services, aged care or multi-site experience highly regarded
