The Role

We are looking for aPermanent Part Time Practice Nurse to join our Murrumba Downs practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experience team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive care for all patients

/n

The Tasks

/n
Performing health assessments

/n
Post vaccination observations and monitoring

/n
Triaging patients and prioritization of emergency situations

/n
Assisting GP with minor procedures

/n
Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data

/n
Wound dressings and removal of sutures

/n
Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals

/n

The Successful Candidate

/n




AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse

/n
Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting

/n
Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded

/n
Strong organisational and time management skills

/n
Outstanding communication and customer service skills

/n
A passion for people and a personable approach
