Consultant Intensivist - Remote Australia | Unique ICU Opportunity

Responsibilities

Join a small, cooperative team of ICU consultants providing care to a diverse patient population.

/n
Manage a wide range of complex, high-acuity cases in a newly redeveloped ICU that admits around 650 adults and 50 paediatric patients each year, with approximately 95% of admissions being emergency cases.

/n
Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and education initiatives.

/n/n

Generous remuneration package: $460,000 - $670,000+ per annum (inclusive of allowances, superannuation, salary packaging and retention payments).

About You

/n

/n
Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) or equivalent.

/n
Current registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA.

/n
Paediatric ICU experience is desirable but not essential.

/n
Strong interest in education, quality improvement, and service development.

/n/n
