Elderly Care is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our dedicated team in Point Vernon, Queensland. This Part time role will see you providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

/n

Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility

/n

Monitoring and recording residents' health, dietary and personal care needs

/n

Engaging residents in social, recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance their wellbeing

/n

Maintaining a protected, clean and comfortable living workplace for residents

/n

Communicating effectively with residents,



their families and the broader care team

/n

Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

/n

Will also include PCWW role as well, would prefer experience in lifestyle activities

/n

What we're looking for

/n

A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification

/n

Demonstrated experience in providing person-centred care to elderly residents

/n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships

/n

A caring, compassionate and empathetic nature

/n

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

/n

A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality

/n
