Job Description

Queensland Health in Cairns seeks an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Lived Experience Peer Worker to join the Hospital in the Home team. The role focuses on applying lived experience to support recovery and connect patients with holistic care in the home setting.

You will contribute to education and training for consumers and staff, reporting to the MH-HITH leadership, and work with multilevel teams across the service to deliver culturally informed care.
