The Grand Hotel Labrador is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our energetic hospitality team. In this full-time role roll you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the restaurant team, including waitstaff and bartenders

/n
Ensuring productive table management, seating arrangements and flow of service

/n
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area

/n
Handling customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a qualified and courteous manner

/n
Assisting with inventory management, ordering and stock control

/n
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent service

/n
Providing training and development opportunities for the restaurant team

/n
Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations

/n/n

Experience in a similar restaurant supervisor or team leader role

Strong leadership and people management skills,



with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems

Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations.

Knowledge of relevant health, safety and licensing regulations in the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Ability to lead from the front and work in high paced restaurant
