We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Trust Accountant to join our Property Management and Finance team.
/n
This role is responsible for the accurate and compliant management of trust accounting functions, including reconciliations, financial reporting, payments, and maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and compliance.
/n
What you will be doing
/n
Managing daily trust accounting transactions and reconciliations.
/n
Processing owner payments, tenant refunds and creditor payments.
/n
Preparing reports, statements and financial summaries.
/n
Maintaining accurate records and supporting audit and compliance requirements.
/n
Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
/n
Supporting Property Management and Finance teams with timely financial information.
/n
What you bring
/n
Experience in trust accounting, property management accounting or a similar finance role.
/n
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
/n
Confident managing financial systems, reconciliations and reporting.
/n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
/n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
/n
Real estate or property management experience highly desirable.
