GCX Roofing is a well-established roofing contractor working across domestic current builds, reroofs and repairs, commercial and strata projects, education roofing, and fascia, guttering, and cladding installations throughout South East Queensland.
We're on the hunt for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our growing team.

About the Role
/n
This is a hands-on leadership position covering site supervision, scheduling, and customer relations, with some administrative and quoting/estimating work thrown in. You'll be the go-to person keeping jobs running smoothly from start to finish — and you won't be afraid to jump on the tools yourself when the job calls for it.

Key Responsibilities
/n
Site supervision across residential, commercial, and insurance roofing jobs
/n
Job scheduling and coordination of crews and subcontractors
/n
Customer relations — liaising with clients, builders, and site contacts
/n
Site inspections and quality assurance checks
/n
Measuring jobs and preparing accurate scopes
/n
Quoting and estimating support
/n
Ordering materials for jobs
/n
General administration tied to job management
/n
Willingness to get hands-on and help out on the tools when needed
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
Proven experience supervising roofing crews and projects
/n
Solid understanding of roofing methods, materials, and QLD building/compliance requirements
/n
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing directly with clients and subcontractors.
/n
Well organised, with the ability to juggle multiple jobs and deadlines
/n
Experience with quoting/estimating highly regarded
/n
Current driver's licence (White Card and any relevant tickets a bonus)
/n
A team player who's happy to lead from the front — including on the tools
/n
