You'll need

/n

Weekend and public holiday availability

/n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and 2+ year industry experience

/n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery must be obtained within 6 months if not currently held

/n
Current Food Safety knowledge and understanding of NSW food regulations

/n
Valid Australian work visa or work rights required

/n/n
