Full time Receptionist – Better Pet Vets

Are you a people person who loves pets just as much as their owners do? Better Pet Vets is looking for a Full time Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team.

About the Role:
This position (38 hours per week across 4 working days, with 1 RDO) is at the heart of our clinic’s daily operations. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every visit — whether in person or over the phone — is welcoming, efficient, and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and managing the flow of pets and people through the clinic
Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
Providing clear, compassionate communication and support to clients
Assisting with administrative tasks, marketing support, and stock control




Upholding high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service
Supporting our veterinary and nursing team to help the day run smoothly
