Role Overview This role is ideal for a certified Service Now architect who is passionate about helping organisations move beyond traditional ITSM and leverage the platform to design and deliver end-to-end workflows across their entire business and technology landscape.
You will operate as a senior technical leader, combining hands‑on delivery with architecture ownership and pre‑sales solutioning.
