The Skin Lab Brisbane is looking for experienced medical receptionists to join our growing dermatology, skin cancer, cosmetic medicine and laser clinic.

/n

We are open to full-time, part time and casual applicants and are focused on finding the right mix of experienced, reliable and patient-focused people for our team as we grow.

/n

Experience in dermatology is highly regarded, although we also welcome applicants from:

General practice

/n
Specialist medical practices

/n
Cosmetic medicine or aesthetic clinics

/n
Other busy healthcare environments

/n/n

The Role

/n

You will support patients, doctors and the wider clinical team across a busy multidisciplinary practice.

/n

Your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n
Managing appointments and patient enquiries

/n
Coordinating referrals, recalls and follow-up bookings

/n
Medicare billing, payments and patient accounts

/n
Processing correspondence and medical administration

/n
Supporting provider schedules and clinic workflows

/n
Delivering a warm, qualified and effective patient experience

/n/n

About You

/n





You will ideally have:

/n

/n
At least two years of recent medical reception experience

/n
Confidence using medical or clinic software

/n
Experience with Medicare, referrals and patient workflows

/n
Strong organisation and attention to detail

/n
Clear, professional and polished communication skills

/n
The ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment

/n
A reliable, team-focused approach
