Clyde View Holiday Park seeks a friendly, well present and welcoming individual who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for our front of office reception. We seek someone who is adaptable being able to work some weekends and during school holidays.

Tasks & responsibilities

/n

Using a reservation management system to take and process bookings

/n

Maximise revenue by converting enquiries into bookings and managing guest expectations

/n

General office duties including writing correspondence, filing, banking, and accounts payable

/n

Ability to work individually and as part of a team

/n

Manage the guest check-in and check-out process

/n

Preparedness to assist in housekeeping and conduct Q & A

/n

Willingness to fulfill the diverse elements of this role are imperative

/n

Other duties as required

/n

Role will initially report to the General Manager

/n





Qualifications & experience

/n

Experience and proficient in MS Office products

/n

Experience in a receptionist role or similar customer service role

/n

Preferred experience with online booking systems (ideally RMS)

/n

Attention to detail and ability to take responsibilityfor completion of tasks within tight deadlines

/n

Solid organisational skills

/n

Excellent communication skills with well-developed customer service skills

/n

Robust multitasking and time-management abilities

/n
