The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, people-first leader who bringsgreat vibes, strong structure, and serious hospitality experience. You'll be responsible for driving service excellence, leading large teams, and creating a buzzing, welcoming atmosphere every single shift.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and engaging a large front-of-house team with energy and confidence

/n
Owning day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume workplace

/n
Setting the tone for service, culture, and guest experience

/n
Recruiting, training, and developing staff

/n
Managing rosters, labour costs, and KPIs

/n
Working closely with owners and senior management to grow the business

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (high-volume venues preferred)

/n
Strong leadership and people-management skills

/n
High energy, positive attitude, and a natural ability to set the vibe

Excellent operational and organisational skills

Passion for hospitality and delivering standout guest experiences
