Job Description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you'll ensure operational excellence through accurate task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, current product launches and more.

About The Role Territory: FAIRY MEADOW and surrounds (May include Unandera) Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs) Availability: Wednesday and Thursday availability is essential; flexibility for Tuesday & Friday is highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

Driving strong relationships with store personnel

/n
Building and maintaining quality displays in store

/n
Negotiating promotional space

/n
Executing planograms

/n
Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet

/n
Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

/n
Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Must have

Supermarket, retail,



pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable

/n
A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle

/n
Robust & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail

/n
An ability to work autonomously

/n
Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
