With multiple convenient locations across Launceston and a growing presence in Devonport, we are proud to employ approximately 100 local specialists across our sales, service, and vehicle reconditioning departments.

About the role:

We're experiencing exciting growth and are seeking Service Advisors to join our customer-facing team at our state-of-the-art service centre in South Launceston. As a vital link between us and our customers, your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to) the below;

Effective handling of incoming calls

/n
Schedule customer vehicles in for servicing, repair and warranty

/n
Meet and greet customers on arrival and pickup of vehicles

/n




Explain and consult with customers on services carried out on their vehicles

/n
Follow up jobs throughout the day to ensure all customer needs and requirements are met

Skills and experience:

/n

Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone

/n
Sound computer skills

/n
High level of professionalism and personal presentation

/n
Ability to handle high-pressure situations

/n
Front counter experience preferred but not essential

/n
