Chef / Cold Larder - Aged Care/Retirement

Location: Lake Cathie Manor, Lake Cathie NSW
/n Pay: $27.95/hr base + Super

/n Roster: Part time |7:00am to 2:30pm

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cold Larder team member to join our kitchen team at Lake Cathie Manor in Lake Cathie NSW. You'll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for residents, preparing fresh meals and supporting the smooth operation of our dining service.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Prepare and serve cold larder items and assist with food preparation

/n
Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff

/n
Maintain stock levels and assist with kitchen organisation

/n
Ensure kitchen and dining areas remain clean and well-presented

/n
Wash dishes and support daily kitchen operations

/n
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards

/n/n

About You

/n

/n
Have previous experience in a kitchen, hospitality, or food service environment

/n
Have experience preparing and serving cold larder items

/n
Works efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

/n
Brings a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

/n




Demonstrates excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards

/n
Has robust communication skills and a proactive approach to work

/n
Experience in an education setting is desirable but not essential

/n/n
