to help lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is an exciting prospect for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives pub life and is looking to grow their career within a dynamic and community-focused venue.
About the Role
As part of the Venue Management Team, you will support the day-to-day operations of the hotel while leading by example in customer service, team engagement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate front-of-house teams across bar, gaming, TAB/Keno, retail and accommodation operations.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
Assist with rostering, training and performance management of staff.
Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and company policies.




Support the planning and execution of promotions, events and community initiatives.
Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness and operational standards.
Assist with stock control, cash handling and achieving financial targets.
Act as a duty manager and key point of contact during trading operations.
About You
Energetic, hands-on and positive leadership style.
Passion for hospitality and community engagement.
Strong communication and team-building skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Previous supervisory or management experience within pubs, clubs or hotels preferred.
Current RSA, RCG/AdvRCG and Approved Manager qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
