An established and highly regarded Tier 2 commercial builder is looking for an experienced
Foreman
to join their growing project team and take ownership of a high-quality construction project in Inner Melbourne.
With a strong reputation across the Victorian construction market, this builder delivers a diverse portfolio of
commercial, multi-residential and mixed-use projects
, with a focus on quality, safety and program delivery.
The Opportunity
As Foreman, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and subcontractor teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site activities
Maintaining site safety, quality and environmental standards
Monitoring project progress against program and construction milestones
Coordinating trades, materials, deliveries and site logistics
Conducting site inspections and ensuring works meet required standards




Working closely with the Site Manager and broader project team
Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a
Foreman
within a commercial construction environment
Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site management
Experience working on projects of
$40M+
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A strong commitment to safety, quality and program
Relevant construction qualifications preferred
