About the Role
The Senior Adviser, Workplace Relations and Integrity Services provides support across workplace relations, employee conduct, integrity services, and people risk management within the Victorian Public Service (VPS).
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role partners with the HR Business Partnering team and senior stakeholders to resolve sensitive employee matters, interpret industrial instruments and legislation.
Key Accountabilities
Provide timely expert advice and support on highly complex ER/IR and integrity issues including change management, to meet industrial and legal requirements.
Responsible for the development, maintenance and effective communication of Workplace Relations and Corporate Integrity and Governance policies and frameworks, ensuring continuous improvement in line with organisational changes and legislative updates.
Coordinates workplace investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and performance management processes, ensuring compliance with relevant industrial instruments, the Fair Work Act **** and current industry best practice.
Manage the departmental review of actions process to effectively resolve issues raised by employees as a Review of Actions Registrar pursuant to theReview of Actions Regulations ****.
About You
Demonstrated abilityto provide succinct and clear expert advice to stakeholders on a range of employment, change management or health and safety matters, using a range of strategies to engage and communicate.
