Job Description: About the Opportunity: As one of our Personal Care Assistants (Living Support Partners) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent's Care Toowoomba.

Things that work for us:
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory
