We're looking for motivated and reliable
Restoration Technicians
to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced technician or looking to build a career in the restoration industry, you'll be supported through ongoing training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Water damage restoration and mitigation
Mould inspections and make-safe assessments
Mould remediation and cleaning
Property damage assessment and reporting
Installation and monitoring of drying equipment
Removal of damaged materials where required
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
Completing job documentation and site reports
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience in restoration or a related field
IICRC certification is advantageous but not essential
Solid work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to participate in emergency and after-hours call-outs when required
Commitment to following industry standards, safety procedures, and company processes
