About the Role East Bridge Recruitment is seeking reliable and compassionate
Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
to join our growing aged care staffing pool.
We provide flexible opportunities across residential aged care facilities, hospitals and healthcare settings.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality and person-centred care to residents and patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
Administer medications safely and accurately within your scope of practice.
Monitor residents' health and wellbeing and identify changes in condition.
Complete clinical documentation, progress notes and relevant reporting.
Perform wound care, observations and other nursing duties as required.
Support residents with personal care and daily activities when required.
Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
Follow infection control, workplace health and safety and aged care standards.
Escalate changes in a resident's condition to the RN or relevant healthcare professional.
Maintain professional standards, confidentiality and respect for residents' dignity and privacy.
About You
We are looking for ENs who are:




Currently registered with
AHPRA
as an Enrolled Nurse.
Experienced in aged care, hospitals or healthcare settings.
Reliable, qualified and compassionate.
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Strong in communication and clinical documentation.
Flexible and available for a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends.
Committed to providing person-centred care.
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
Current National Police Check.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, where applicable.
Relevant immunisation/vaccination evidence as required by the facility.
Current CPR certification.
Manual Handling training/certificate.
Right to work in Australia.
Relevant nursing qualifications and evidence of employment history.
