Chisholm is seeking an experienced Education and Product Manager for our
Digital, AI and Technology Centre of Excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Education and Product Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Provide senior educational leadership across the Centre's program of work and education models (hub, satellite campuses and online), leading education design, curriculum development, product development and establishment of new delivery models in partnership with teaching and learning teams.
Lead the design, evaluation and continuous improvement of programs and courses aligned to digital, AI and technology workforce demand and recognised capability frameworks including DigComp, Skills for the Information Age (SFIA) and the Digital Literacy Skills Framework, aligning to existing Chisolm processes.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive CoE Education Strategy and Delivery Plan that translates the Centre's Activity Plan into transparent, measurable education outcomes across all delivery modes and market needs.
Design a national digital skills framework and training model to upskill the VET workforce, partnering with Chisholm's Professional Educator College, in alignment with the Universities Accord Report's professional development recommendations.
Develop a digital expert training pathway aligned to technology-related courses and digital, AI and technology introduction into programs cross-sectorally, enabling educators to introduce new and emerging technologies into their delivery.
Contribute to the Centre's monitoring and evaluation program, using data and evaluation insights to drive continuous improvement in Centre outcomes.
Define education excellence benchmarks for the Centre of Excellence and monitor outcomes and programs against benchmarks.
Gather data on Centre of Excellence program student engagement, retention,
completion and graduate employment; use data and evaluation insights to improve outcomes.
Ensure program design supports encourages access and equity for priority cohorts including women, First Nations and CALD learners.
Lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams; set clear expectations, foster collaboration and build an inclusive, respectful culture.
Drive a culture of cross-functional collaboration, sharing and continuous improvement across CoE initiatives.
Co-design programs with employers and industry partners to meet emerging skill needs and to ensure strong workplace context through satellite campuses and industry placements.
Build and maintain relationships with Jobs and Skills Councils (including the Future Skills Organisation), peak bodies, universities and government agencies relevant to the Centre's education remit.
This position is assessed as partly remote capable and if this position is approved for flexible work arrangements Chisholm's retains the right to recall to campus in the event of incidents and events that require on campus attendance.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of the vocational education regulatory environment, including ASQA, AQF, training package frameworks and funding models at a state and national level and demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale curriculum design and education delivery projects within the VET context.
Qualifications required for the role
Bachelor Level Qualification, preferably in Education or Information Technology.
