What We're Looking For
Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds
A full UK driving licence
Basic DBS required (we'll arrange this).
What You'll Be Doing:
Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service
Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
Traveling across Daventry and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments
Company van, fuel, tools, uniform, tablet and phone
Pension contributions up to 10%
