Are you an organised facilities helpdesk or maintenance coordinator with experience coordinating maintenance, managing work orders and supporting property or facilities teams?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation making a genuine impact across Victoria's housing sector.
We are seeking a Facilities Helpdesk/Maintenance Coordinator to join a well-established property team on a 2-3 month contract covering long service leave, with a proposed start date of 31 July.

Your new role
Reporting to the Asset Manager, this position sits within the Property Team and provides essential support across maintenance coordination, contractor engagement and facilities helpdesk.
You will be the first point of contact for maintenance requests, helping to ensure works are raised, tracked and completed in a timely manner.
Manage incoming maintenance requests and enquiries
Act as the first point of contact within the facilities helpdesk function
Raise and coordinate urgent and reactive maintenance work orders
Assist with planned maintenance programs
Liaise with contractors and service providers
Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Follow up outstanding works and contractor attendance
Communicate regularly with stakeholders across metro and regional locations
Provide general administrative support to the property team
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in property, facilities helpdesk, maintenance coordination or service administration
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Confidence coordinating contractors and managing work orders
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail when processing invoices and maintaining records
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using property, maintenance or facilities management systems will be highly regarded

Working Hours
This is a full-time position working a 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work either:8:00am - 4:00pm, or9:00am - 5:00pm and the possibility of 1-2 days from home once fully trained up
