Full Time Podiatrist: Aged Care: Community and Centre-based
McArthur is working with a leading Not-for-profit organisation, Uniting Agewell, in sourcing an experience Podiatrist to assist the allied health team with delivering outstanding services to the Aged Care community. This role is ideal for a confident community-based clinician who enjoys working autonomously, values person-centred care, and has strong experience working within aged care funding programs. We are looking for someone to start on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Deliver podiatry services to elderly clients in their own homes
Manage a wide-ranging community caseload using a person-centred approach
Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, privacy, and confidentiality
Contribute to quality improvement, risk management, and best-practice systems
Tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current AHPRA registration
Experience delivering services under CHSP and HCP
Advanced clinical skills with a strong person-centred focus




Ability to work independently in a community/home-visit setting and as part of a team
Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of clinical documentation, confidentiality, and privacy requirements
Compliance & Other Requirements
Satisfactory National Police Record Check (prior to commencement)
Working with Children Check (VIC)
Current valid Driver's Licence
Willingness to use your own roadworthy and comprehensively insured vehicle
Capacity and willingness to meet organisational and regulatory requirements
